Chefs are quirky, creative, and hard working. Often times, we have only a few minutes to capture these maestros at work, so everything must be in place to wrangle busy culinary masters as quickly as possible. Interesting environmental portraits can also showcase an aspect of the restaurant. And, if we are lucky, we are treated to a nibble at the end of our shoots.
